

Garlic and Fine Herbs Mayonnaise
Mayonnaise is a condiment sauce, creamy and delicious, obtained by emulsifying one or more edible vegetable oils (71% MG) in an aqueous phase consisting of vinegar, the oil-in-water emulsion being produced using yellow chicken egg.
Mayonnaise may contain optional ingredients. Mayonnaise is often used to accompany culinary preparations: salads, eggs, raw vegetables, meat.
Mayonnaise is consumed by all age groups.

Rapeseed oil, water, egg yolk, vinegar, granulated sugar, salt, fresh garlic, herbs, modified starch (SIN1422), lemon concentrate, acidity regulator (SIN330), color (SIN161b), thickener ( SIN415), mustard flavor, antioxidant (SIN385), color (SIN160c).Storage conditions
- Storage temperature: Room temperature (20°C and 25°C) before opening.
- Shelf life after opening: 1 month at 6°C.
- Avoid thermal shocks and exposure to the sun.
- Cleanliness of the storage area.
